The purpose of the following provisions is to lay down the conditions under which the Brussels Regional Public Service (hereinafter referred to as BRPS) grants you access to the website www.belpa.be.
The purpose of this website is to publish, every year, the financial aid granted to beneficiaries in Belgium for the two previous closed budget years, in accordance with EU Regulation no. 1306/2013 on funds from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
The website has been developed and is maintained by the BRPS.
Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use
The BRPS grants you access to www.belpa.be and the information contained therein, on condition that you unreservedly accept the conditions stated on the present page "Terms and conditions of use". By visiting the website www.belpa.be and the information contained therein, you accept these conditions. The BRPS may modify them at any time.

Dispute resolution, jurisdiction and applicable law
The present Terms and conditions of use are governed by Belgian law and European regulations. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this service shall be settled by conciliation. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium).
A printed version of this agreement and any notice of default issued in electronic form shall be accepted in any judicial or administrative proceedings arising out of or related to this agreement, on the same basis and under the same conditions as other business documents and records created and maintained in printed form.
