According to Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 the following details must be published about those receiving agricultural aid: name of the recipient, municipality and postcode and amounts received in the previous financial year from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) during the two previous closed financial years (a financial year is the period from 16 October of the year ‘n-1’ until 15 October of the year ‘n’, for example: the financial year 2014 runs from 16/10/2013 to 15/10/2014).

From financial year 2014, not only entities who have received aid are published, but also individuals. Be aware that if the aid received in a year amounts to a sum equal to or less than EUR 1,250 the name is not published, but a unique code (of the type BEL12345) is given instead. This unique code is randomly selected and this numbering will continue year after year.

In order to guarantee anonymity, when a search results in a list of less than 10 beneficiaries receiving aid of under EUR 1,250 the details of other beneficiaries receiving aid under EUR 1,250 in the greater administrative area (district) are also shown.

All aid provided in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is shown, both from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
All aid amounts, including contributions from the European Union and from the region (national share) are shown. The negative amounts represent reimbursements or corrections.
The split according to different measures, as well as the type, description and purpose of each measure are shown below:
